Ellie Helms

Ellie was born on February 6, 2017, and passed away unexpectedly on December 22, 2025, at just 8 years old. Though her time with us was far too short, the love she gave and the joy she brought will last forever. Ellie loved everyone she met. She was full of energy, always ready to play, always excited for food, eager to be part of whatever was happening, and was truly the best snuggle bug. She had a special look in her eyes — one that instantly let you know you were loved. It was impossible not to feel it. Ellie was incredibly special to me. We shared a bond that was truly one of a kind. She was my constant companion, my comfort, my joy, and my heart. There will never be another like her. Her passing was unexpected, but she was not alone. Ellie was surrounded by the people who loved her most as she took her last breath — wrapped in love just as she lived her life. Ellie is survived by her loving parents, Cassidy and Daniel; her sister, Zoey; and her cat sister, Spot. She is also lovingly remembered by her grandparents, Mark and Anne (Poppy & Gigi) and Eric and Carol (Mamaw & Papaw), as well as many loving aunts, uncles, and cousins who adored her. Ellie was more than a dog — she was family. She will be deeply missed, forever loved, and always remembered.
