Tiger “Tigey” Hoover was the sweetest old man. He made himself right at home after the Hoover family inherited him from their grandparents. He was family, comfort, laughter, and unconditional love wrapped into one sweet little soul. He had the gentlest heart and the funniest quirks that made him unforgettable. He loved his best pal, a miniature hot dog(dachshund) Bella, and together they were always side by side. A little neurotic at times, especially when it came to toys, rodents, and anything squeaky, but that was part of the charm we loved so deeply about our Tigey. He had a signature “soldier march” walk that always made us smile, proudly trotting through life in his own special way, in his own little happy world. Almost every night, Tiger would let everyone know it was bedtime by bouncing himself up the stairs, only to immediately get the bedtime zoomies one last time before settling in. Tiger loved being close to the people he loved. Whenever you picked him up, his little tail would wag as he wrapped his arms around your neck like he was giving you a hug, always finishing it off with a sweet little nose lick. He was the sweetest, snuggliest little burrito, always happiest curled up beside the people who adored him. The house feels quieter without the sound of his marching feet, his zoomies, and the comfort of his cuddles. But the love he gave so freely will stay with us forever. Tiger was deeply loved, and he always will be.
